As a Level III Thermographer, with a thermographic inspection company in London, UK, Martin Robinson knew there had to be a better way.

Traditional crystal IR windows ensure the safety of thermographers and speed their inspections. But over time, Martin and his staff recognized several typical shortcomings of all crystal windows - both his own and his competitors'.

In an effort to "evolve" the old crystal technology to one suitable for the industrial environment, IRISS has improved IR Viewing Pane technology to a safer, more stable design.

Among standard IR Window offerings, VPFR series are the:

  • ONLY Viewing Panes able to pass basic impact tests (UL746 & IEEE C37.20.2)
  • ONLY Viewing Panes with predictable and stable Transmission Rate
  • ONLY non-conductive Viewing Panes
  • ONLY Viewing Panes with IP2X fail-safe design
